It’s really not surprising how easy it is and how so many people are overweight now.
People who think dieting is limited and leaves them hungry is because they really don’t have a clue what they’re doing and just don’t have the knowledge about food and nutrition to do it right.
When someone eating all the wrong things goes on a diet, they just end up eating less of the wrong things, leaving them starving. I happened to look at a absolutely tiny mexican wrap in a supermarket food to go section and it was over 400 calories. FOUR HUNDRED. For this minuscule wilted soggy piece of shit about the size of both your thumbs. I’d be royally fucked off if i’d eaten something so tiny for that amount of calories.
Finding out about ingredients and cooking and nutrition is the best way to diet. You literally never have to be hungry. Yes you can lust after cake. But if you’re on your ‘diet’ eating special k for breakfast, a meal deal for lunch consisting of a ‘healthy wrap’ (with over 400kcals) a pack of ‘healthy’ rice cakes which have as many calories as a packet of crisps and a small innocent smoothie (250kcals 250!!) and then a ‘good for you’ ready meal for dinner (which are always absolutely tiny) and thats without any snacks or anything, you wonder why you’re left starving, feeling like shit and aren’t loosing weight.
Knowledge is power people. Use it and loose it.
